Follow the Yellow Brick Road

Today’s pictures were taken in Leicester Square, home to the most important movie premieres that take place in London (alongside their red carpets, obviously!) Just to walk around this place makes you feel the magical atmosphere; you can even feel like a movie star if you put a bit of imagination to it!

Continuing with the movie theme and to make the most of my visit, I decided it was the perfect occasion to wear my new slippers and pay homage to one of my favourite films of all time The Wizard of Oz. I felt like a modern Dorothy for the day!

Las fotos del post de hoy fueron tomadas en el emblemático Leicester Square, plaza en la que tienen lugar las premieres de cine (y sus correspondientes alfombras rojas) más importantes de la capital inglesa. No hay más que pasearse por ahí para darse cuenta de la magia que irradia ese lugar; hasta podemos sentirnos un poco estrellas de cine si le ponemos imaginación!

Siguiendo con la temática del cine y aprovechando mi ubicación, decidí rendirle mi particular homenaje a una de mis películas favoritas de todos los tiempos: El Mago de Oz. Era la ocasión perfecta para estrenar mis slippers nuevas y ser una Dorothy moderna por un día.
